Further development of the European framework architecture in the context of the FRAME NEXT project

The European framework architecture for intelligent transport systems (ITS) FRAME will be developed in this project. The latest activities of various EU member states as well as the ITS Directive, innovative methods and tools will be included. In addition to the development of theoretical foundations, tools will also be developed that make the use of a framework architecture attractive.

The BASt (Federal Highway Research Institute) has commissioned AlbrechtConsult to further develop the framework architecture from a German perspective. AlbrechtConsult will integrate the findings of the project “Development of an IVS Road Framework Architecture” into the European FRAME architecture.
